  A highly-sustainable Grade-A office redevelopment in Victoria, London, delivering the highest quality, flexible workspace.

  Alongside stunning architecture, this multi-award-winning scheme was the first building in the UK to achieve a 5.5-star NABERS UK rating for building efficiency, whilst meeting the highest sustainability and wellness credentials, including BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ and WELL ‘Platinum’.

  Designed by architects Eric Parry Architects, along with other industry-leading designers and engineers including Max Fordham, Heyne Tillet Steel and Gillespies, the building delivers 108,000 sqft of net-zero carbon office accommodation in the heart of the capital.
