A contemporary and innovative residential complex located on a sustainable edge of settlement site close to the new Crossrail station. The development, which in part comprised the redevelopment and repositioning of a redundant headquarter building, delivered over 70 residential units, with a mix of tenures and layouts, including apartments and new-build townhouses.
