A new-build student residential tower in the heart of Bristol City centre. The scheme delivered 267 student beds, a mix of cluster and studio accommodation, combined with auxiliary student amenities including common room facilities, gym and retail unit. The scheme was delivered for the September 2017 student intake. Bankfoot completed the development on behalf of a leading UK-based Pension Fund.
