Bankfoot APAM have submitted a planning application to Sevenoaks District Council to create a new build residential development to the rear of Alexander House, London Road, Sevenoaks, on behalf of a UK-based property fund.
The scheme, designed by Russ Drage Architects, will see the delivery of 8 new residential apartments covering 5,600 sq. ft. and will offer a mix of apartment sizes. The development will serve to further enhance this well-connected location and will also help meet the needs of local housing demands.
The build is not only sympathetic to surrounding local assets but also encompasses a future proofed design whilst demonstrating a sustainable re-use of a brownfield, town centre site.
Bankfoot APAM are confident the proposed scheme will be a valuable addition to Sevenoaks.
