Bankfoot APAM, the specialist UK Development Manager, is delighted to welcome Katie Perselli to the team as Development Manager. Katie will be based in the Manchester office and will help strengthen our development presence in the North West.
Katie has four years’ experience in the property industry with both public and private sector clients, delivering projects to meet their key objectives and expectations.
Katie’s professional experience includes managing partnerships and projects across the country to add value; by providing asset and development management advice and implementing investment and exit strategies.
At this exciting time for the business, Katie’s experience and presence in Manchester enhance our capacity to meet the needs of our valued clients. Her skills and insights will contribute to the continued provision of best-in-class development management services from Bankfoot APAM.
