On Thursday last week, we joined Quadrum Global, BAM, Abakus and the rest of the fantastic project team at the “Topping Out” ceremony at 11 Belgrave Road – which marks a key milestone for the project.
Belgrave Road is a highly-sustainable Grade-A office redevelopment in Victoria, London, delivering the highest quality, flexible workspace. Alongside stunning architecture, the scheme is the first building in the UK to achieve a 5.5-star NABERS UK target rating for building efficiency, whilst meeting the highest sustainability and wellness credentials, including BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ and WELL ‘Platinum’.
Designed by award-winning architects Eric Parry Architects, along with other leading designers and engineers including Max Fordham, Heyne Tillet Steel and Gillespies, the completed building will deliver 108,000 sqft of net-zero carbon office accommodation in the heart of the capital.
