A major residential regeneration of a derelict brownfield site in the heart of Stalybridge, which will provide a mix of sustainable, affordable homes.

The development aims to deliver:
- New homes designed to meet local affordability needs, with a focus on sustainable, energy-efficient design
- Flexible commercial space to support local enterprise and create activity at street level
- High-quality landscaping and public realm, improving pedestrian experience and strengthening links to the town centre whilst enhancing connections with the riverside
- A scheme that celebrates Stalybridge’s heritage while supporting its long-term economic growth
